OUT OF TOUCH
Sir, - Your report (7 October) that the Scottish Office minister, Henry
McLeish, promises zero tolerance on drugs, shows how out of touch he is.
Comparing ecstasy and heroin is, in essence, the same as the 'Just say no'
campaigners who classed cannabis as the same as heroin. It does not take
young people long to find out how wrong this is, and they then ignore any
other advice from authority.
