NO MORE TRIPS TO CIVIC FOR ME!

IF A DOPE injecting room is set up in Civic, I can tell you of at
least one person who will not set foot in the place again while it is
in operation, and that will be me.

No great loss, some may say, but I wonder how many others will not
wish to be mixing with a couple of hundred hopheads a day, after they
have had their fix?

Personally, I consider such a scheme to be an invasion of my "Civic"
rights!
