SUBSTITUTE CHECKS VITAL
With due respect, $25 for a drug test (so we know our kids and
grandchildren are not being taught by a person on drugs) and $40 for
fingerprinting (so we know a child molester isn't running a
classroom) are small prices to pay to ensure our children's safety!
It is an embarrassing shame if subs only receive $8 an hour, but if I
loved teaching and was concerned for the students, I would be proud to
pay for the tests.
