MISSED THE POINT

To the editor:

As usual, a "concerned portion" of our community missed the point in
the Knight Ridder article about drug testing tampering.

This is not surprising since the "problem" was briefly mentioned and
surrounded by drug war drivel.

Buried in the middle of the story is the most important fact, "Drug
testing doesn't indicate on-the-job intoxication. ..."
