QUESTION ON PROP 215
If Proposition 215 was intended to permit the "medical use" of
marijuana,then why didn't this law require a doctor's prescription and
distribution by a pharmacist-like every other drug dispensed
throughout this country?
Maybe those already wired into the illicit marijuana distribution
network,like Marvin Chavez,wanted to be sure they kept their cut.
Pretty savvy if you ask me!
