OFFICER CHARGED WITH DRUGS
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Feb. 9 (UPI) - A Jacksonville Sheriff's officer was
arraigned on drug charges in federal court Tuesday.
Officer Carl Kahn Jr. was arrested about 5 am Tuesday on a charge of intent
to distribute cocaine after he allegedly paid $90,000 for five kilograms of
powder cocaine.
Pedro Lopez, who is not involved with the police, was also arrested. The
arrests are part of an on-going investigation.
