NO WAY TO TREAT ADDICTS

For any individual, the use of drugs is, in the first instance, a
solution to something.

It might be physical or emotional pain, boredom or the impulse to conform.

The drugs then create new problems.

Does any rational person actually think giving different drugs to
addicts is the answer?

This plan is just another round of the dog chasing its tail.

This offers little hope of success in an area where the people in
charge don't know how to fix the problem.
