COLORADO PLANS TO SUE DRUG DEALERS
(DENVER) - The state may soon have yet another weapon in the war on drugs -
lawsuits against drug dealers. The Senate Judiciary Committee has passed a
measure which would allow organizations and individuals to sue suspected
drug dealers for damages. The bill now goes to the Senate Appropriations
Committee.
