AMERICA IS ALREADY DRUG FREE
Dear Editor:
Al Gore's plan to reduce the nation's drug problem in half by 2007 is
completely unnecessary.
The Omnibus Crime Act of 1988 promised a drug-free America by
1994.
The job is already done. Why are we spending money for what is already
accomplished?
