WASHBURN ARRESTS MADE FOR MARIJUANA POSSESSION
Two Washburn residents were taken into custody Friday on drug-related
charges.
An investigation by the Washburn Police Department and Bayfield County
Sheriff's Department led to the arrests. Terri Ainsworth, 35, and
Perry Thoen, 37, were both taken into custody and are awaiting an
initial appearance in Bayfield County Court.
Items recovered from their residences included drug paraphernalia and
a substantial amount of marijuana, according to a Washburn Police
Department press release.
