MOCKSVILLE - A 16-year-old has sued his high school principal for expelling
him after he admitted selling marijuana to two students.
Joshua James McGarity and his mother, Elaine Greene, named Linda Bost,
principal at Davie High School, in the lawsuit filed in Davie Superior
Court.
