Dear X-Press,

What the hell is going on Perth? Why is it that heroin addicts have to pay
$2600 to get onto the naltrexone program, then $50 a week for the next two
years. Where the fuck are they gonna get the money for that? Commit more
burglaries, sell themselves on the street some more?

Dr George O'Neill, you are an amazing person. Not only do you contend with
the horrors of trying to cure heroin addicts day after day after day. you
then tell them to pay you when they can!!! You are a Saint, and it is
impossible to put into words what your work means to heroin addicts and
their family and friends.

Please Perth, get your heads out of the sand, petition your local member of
government, tell them to act now, these people need help.
