SIBERIAN BORDERGUARDS SEIZE 600 KG OF MARIJUANA.
OMSK, April 18 (Itar-Tass) - A record 600-kilogram batch of
marijuana was detained at the Omsk section of the Russian-Kazakhstan
border. A dirty truck drew attention of borderguards on a country
road. When inspecting the truck, they found 42 sacks of dried grass.
Summoned for assistance officers of the drug control agency,
classified it as "holy grass". The truck and people accompanying the
cargo were arrested. A criminal case was instituted.
