ANAHEIM POLICE SEIZE 256 POUNDS OF POT

ANAHEIM, April 21 (UPI) - A Fullerton man remains behind bars after
being arrested for possession of marijuana for sale. An Anaheim police
spokeswoman says 296 pounds of marijuana were seized from Alaro
Carion Salazar's car after he was pulled over for failing to yield
for a pedestrian in a crosswalk on Orangewood Ave in Anaheim. The
26-year-old Salazar also was found to be driving with a suspended
license and had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Police say
several bags containing packages wrapped in packing tape were found in
the trunk.
