THE EFFECTIVE NATIONAL DRUG CONTROL STRATEGY

In centerfold section The National Review on the newsstands now is a
four page ad titled as above which leads with:

"This is a four page summary of The Effective National Drug Control
Strategy - the first comprehensive alternative to the "War on Drugs."
The Effective National Drug Control Strategy was written by the
Network of Reform Groups, a federation of two dozen organizations
representing 100,000 members. The goal of The Effective Strategy is to
make a safer and healthier American for our children, reduce the
spread of disease related to drug use, lower crime rates related to
the illegal drug market and end the racial injustice associated with
current drug policy...."

The ad goes on to provide four pages of details and facts, complete
with 8 charts and graphs and detailed references. It ends with View
the entire report at: www.csdp.org

As the ad says, this is an "Important 4 page insert! Tear out and
Save!"

We would add that it makes nice copies, easy to give to others, post
on bulletin boards, etc.

This is only the latest in a series of super ads in The National
Review, all worth having to redistribute, even if it requires a trip
to the library to make copies. The others may be seen on the web at:
