LIVES THE PRIORITY
I THINK it is a good thing that the Wayside Chapel is opening a safe
injecting room for heroin addicts because people can inject with clean
syringes and health workers.
My mum and dad had a close friend called Jenny, who tried to give up
heroin, but she couldn't.
Last year she died of a heroin overdose in her kitchen.
If a safe injecting room had been available she may not have died. I
think any idea that could save lives is worth trying.
