UNWILLING ADDICTS

Yes, drug addiction and cancer are both medical problems. But just
because someone does drugs, that does not mean they want to become
addicted.

Many people who are addicted were pressured or even forced to use
drugs. If anyone knows anything about sex-trade workers in this
province, they'll realize that.

Those who smoke cigarettes while knowing the risks do not want to get
cancer.

Those who try drugs while knowing the risks don't want to become
addicted.
