HEROIN INJECTING ROOMS - ARE SMOKING ROOMS AND BOOZING ROOMS NEXT?

Bravo to the Police Commissioner, Peter Ryan, for conceding that there may
be a need to set up heroin injecting rooms.

To avoid the backlash of hypocrisy, will he next concede a need to establish
boozing rooms for alcoholics and smoking rooms for nicotine addicts? We
mustn't discriminate, must we?

Feeding addicts with doses of their own poison is the most sophisticatedly
destructive way of never getting them off their dependency and may be
handing them a sentence for life until death.
