POT SMOKER CLEARED
Supporters of a British man who grew cannabis to smoke for pain relief
broke into cheers yesterday when a court threw out charges he was
dealing the drug. Manchester Crown Court dismissed the charges of
cultivation and intention to supply against spinal injury sufferer
Colin Davies, 42, who founded the Medical Marijuana Cooperative to
supply the drug to others afflicted with pain. He had 26 cannabis
plants at his home.
