CONFUSION REGARDING POT CASES

Deputy District Attorney (whew) Dave Tellman said that Chris Miller should
not be prosecuted because of "the small number of plants, his serious
medical condition documented through years of medical records and the
absence of any indication that he was selling."

Excuse me, but did he not precisely describe the case of Steve and Michelle
Kubby?
