LET OFFICERS USE JUDGEMENT
"Profiling" potential lawbreakers should be looked upon as effective
policing rather than some form of harassment.
It would be incompetent not to use documented statistics as a method
of targeting likely criminals. Let's allow law enforcement agencies to
use their training, experience and judgment to fight crime.
Most law-abiding citizens welcome and support law enforcers who can
recognize a potential problem. To the others screaming harassment,
let's just say, "Thou protest a little too much."
