EDITORIAL UPDATE

Judge Robert G.Vonasek,presiding over the trial of Michele and Steve Kubby
on marijuana cultivation and sales charges in Placer County, has postponed
the trial until February 15 of next year. He did so because Michele is
having a difficult pregnancy and two of her doctors wrote letters to the
judge requesting a delay. Both Kubbys are medical marijuana patients with
recommendations from doctors. "Im grateful to the judge for putting families
first," said Steve Kubby. The Kubbys are returning to Orange County for the
near future.
