We need an independent prosecutor with unlimited time and funds to track
down rumors of possible drug use by a southern governor. Of course, if
there are leads on pot-smoking or unusual negotiations to have avoided a
draft, then of course, you should "smoke out" these allegations to the most
remote ends. Maybe even the Texas Rangers should be forced to testify about
their boss.
