BUSH IS A MAN OF INTEGRITY

The media's frenzy over George W. Bush's drug usage perfectly
illustrates the Democratic Party's habitual tactic of character
assassination, the mainstream media's pro- Democrat bias and the
Republican Party's political incompetence.

An unconfirmed anti-Bush rumor is passed around and the media are off
like hounds after a hare to pin something on the man who threatens a
Democratic victory in 2000. They can then ignore matters of true
national importance, such as the still-developing "Chinagate" scandal.
While they cover up for the felonious Clinton administration and
collaborate in smearing their political enemies, they receive
gratuitous help from Republican incompetence.

For decades, Republicans have lacked the brains and guts to turn
slanted and loaded questions back on the questioner. Bush should have
promised an answer on the cocaine use when Bill Clinton gives a
yes-or-no answer on whether he raped Juanita Broderick. Such an answer
would highlight the media's failure to follow up on the president's
alleged rape -- a far more serious offense than anything ever rumored
about Bush. Until the Democrats and media develop a conscience, or
until Republicans somehow acquire brains and backbone, this country's
political life will continue to degenerate, while matters of vital
national importance will be ignored.
