TEEN SHARES TELL-TALE SIGNS

Dear Editor,

As a teenager in Aldergrove, I have connections that some parents
don't.

I wrote this list to help out the parents who are uneducated in this
situation. Can all parents tell if their son or daughter has been
smoking marijuana?

Here are some ways to find out if your child has been smoking
pot:

- - Mysterious odours coming from your child.

- - Your teenager's eyes are glazed or red.

- - Excessive eating when he or she comes home.

- - Your household goes through more tinfoil and or Ziploc baggies than
previously.

- - Your child takes a shower and/or cleans up, like brushing teeth,
before talking to you if he's been out.

- - Plastic bottles are found in random locations, with a hole or two in
them possibly burnt around the opening.

- - Your child avoids you when he or she comes home.

- - He or she gets words mixed up or says or does stupid things that
don't really make sense.

- - Grades are dropping, especially in the class that follows lunch or
the morning.

- - Your child is always tired and demotivated.
