TRIMMING THE SHRUB
I wonder if any of your readers can clarify whether there's a connection
between young Bush's suspected youthful, indiscreet substance abuse and his
father's bombing of Panama and the abduction of its president.
Two scenarios occur to me: one, George Senior was determined to destroy
Junior's supply lines; two, Noriega was playing politics with Junior's
lines, so Senior resolved enough was enough.
