DON'T NIP GENNIFER

A letter writer (Jay R. Mayhall on Aug. 31) charged that Gennifer
Flowers lied when Flowers stated that Bill Clinton had used cocaine:
"It's time Gennifer's wilted tales were nipped." Well lets examine
some known facts.

We know that both Flowers and Clinton have been under intense public
scrutiny for the last eight yers. During this period, I don't recall a
single instance where Flowers has been caught in a lie. On the other
hand, even the president's closest supporters acknowledge that he is a
liar.

My money is on Gennifer.
