DRUG SOLUTION

I think your readers will be interested in my proposed solution to drug
abuse problems, a solution I have been advocating for many years.

Legalize all drugs, starting with marijuana and cocaine. Tax them to the
max. Place the money in a dedicated trust fund. Use the funds exclusively
for drug education and rehabilitation. Impose severe penalties on those
providing drugs to minors. This martial arts tactic, using the enemy's
strength to your advantage, will surely succeed. It should also work for
cigarettes and similar problems.
