SEEING RED OVER 'RED RIBBON WEEK' AT SCHOOL

"National Red Ribbon Week" is a week-long school propaganda seminar where
children at all levels, including kindergartners, are made aware of drugs
through assemblies and classroom discussions. One month into the school
year and liberals waste no time in filling our innocent children's minds
with inappropriate discussions that leave children dumbfounded. "We talked
about drugs today," my 5-year-old informed me as we drive home from "posh"
Seacliff Elementary School in Huntington Beach. A red ribbon attached to
her lapel read, "Drug Free." Maybe the school should have pinned another
ribbon that read: "I practice safe sex."

The irony of this week-long drug orgy is that the adults handing out the
ribbons should be wearing them instead, for it is through example that
young minds develop their attitudes and beliefs.

I am happy to say that the red ribbon was tossed in the trash and my
daughter was kept home from school for the remainder of "Red Ribbon Week."
