Do to an unexpected technical problem some unauthorized and abusive
messages were posted at the end of Drugnews-Digest V99 #1286, and some of
you may have received similar messages directly.

The problem that allowed this to happen has been corrected. Our ISP owner
sent us the following kind message: "Given the amount of traffic you run
through your
site, having gone this long without anything major going wrong is pretty
damn good :-) "

Please accept our deepest apology for this most serious problem. Know that
the intent was only to help secure funds to keep one of the world's largest
on-line drug policy reform organizations going - not to cause you to
receive any unwanted or abusive email.
