RANDOM DRUG-TESTING GIVES DEMOCRACY BLACK EYE
Judging from his letter published in your paper, Mr. Allen is either a
hypocrite of the first order, or a very timid bureaucrat. Perhaps both.
His `concern' for individual rights and constitutional guarantees is
false. Random urine tests simply condition the citizens, at an early
age in this case, to submit to the authority of the state, in clear
and utter disregard of the Fourth Amendment to the
Constitution.
