INJECTING ROOMS: NO WAY TO RIGHT A WRONG
If John Howard, all the customs services, Federal Police and available
traditional crime-stopping methods cannot guarantee the halt, or even the
reduction of the importation of heroin into Australia, then why wouldn't
State governments and other concerned groups consider alternative
approaches to stopping this scourge killing our citizens and maiming our
society.
