EDITORIAL DRAWS SUPPORT

is regarding the recent editorial on the Michigan drug tests for persons
receiving state aid. (Notice I avoided the "W" word.)

That was definitely one of the best editorials I have ever seen in The
Californian since I moved here in 1982. It was on the mark, backed with fact.

If the working public has to test for their paycheck, your dang well right
the folks receiving aid should, too.

As you stated, it's the few causing the problems for the many. If the ACLU
wants to supply drug money, let them do it out of their pockets not the
public.
