MO MOWLAM HONEST ABOUT DRUGS

Sir, - It is difficult to find leaders who can honestly say they have
not used illegal drugs at some point. And if you demand such people
are placed in Mo Mowlam's position, you would (in a sense) be
demanding that drug policy be guided by those ignorant of the effects
of drugs. That's what got us into this prohibition mess in the first
place.
