So Mo Mowlam has admitted taking cannabis - well done. Maybe if a few
others were as honest about their previous life, we could start to get this
country back to what it once was.

I'm a co-director of a training company. My partner (former drug squad)
produced and runs a drugs awareness course to help parents, teachers and
others recognise the signs of drug use.

Yet this year, we've been told the Government is not prepared to fund it,
arguing that if someone who has been on the course then decides to take
drugs it would be liable. How do sex education and teenage pregnancies
square with this test? Ostrich is a good word to describe our politicians.
