MIXED MESSAGES
Whose side are we on? A Daily News article reported a move that will limit
the Police Department's anti-gang duty, while an increase of gang shootings is

As a nation, we are facing a chronic drug and drug-dealing problem and yet
White House drug czar Barry McCaffrey announced that his office would stop
reviewing scripts or tapes to check for anti-drug material prior to TV
broadcasting in the future.
