IT IS WINNABLE
It is winnable I disagree that the drug war is not winnable. We are not
using the right tactics. We should stop spending vast amounts of tax money
on stopping drug use. Instead, we should buy the drugs from the growers and
distribute them free to anyone over - eighteen - who wants them. We also
make it a capital offense to redistribute any of these drugs, this solves
the problem of distribution to a minor.
