ROCK EYES SUPPLYING MEDICAL POT

Federal health minister Allan Rock yesterday said Ottawa would be a better
supplier of marijuana as two people were charged in Montreal for allegedly
giving marijuana to sick people. Rock said he has been trying to expand the
use of medicinal marijuana and that a government-supplied drug would be
"safe and clean." Police laid drug trafficking charges Thursday after
searching the Compassion Club, which also has a chapter in Toronto.
