TEST RESULTS GUARANTEED?

Re: Urine analysis testing in schools. One issue that hasn't been addressed
yet is the accuracy of the testing, i.e. Hale County Probation Department
gets flawed results from the agency doing their testing, and they still file
on people.

Drug testing in schools is a good idea, but who will guarantee the accuracy
of the test? What recourse does a person have to vindicate themselves if a
positive result is found?
