Why are no Denver government agencies and the local press seeking to
prosecute all of those involved in the wrongful death of Mr. Mena at
the hands of the Denver Police Department?

The Denver City government, its mayor, its safety manager, (sadly)
its law enforcement, its DA, and its judicial system that issues
warrants - all stink to high heaven; and Denver Councilman Ed Thomas
appears to be the only sane city leader with a sense for honesty and
justice.
