PROHIBITION A FARCE

Frank Smith's opinion was welcomed by all of us hoping to see real
drug policy reform. The vast majority of the drug war is fought over
marijuana, a drug that has never caused a lethal overdose. A single
bottle of liquor, on the other hand, has the potential to kill
virtually anyone. The only thing that saves most who make the mistake
of drinking that much is our ability to rid ourselves of the poison by
vomiting. Regulate cannabis for adult use, and we'll all see just how
farcical prohibition is (again).
