DOUBLE DRUG STANDARDS
The International Narcotics Control Board is annoyed with us because
of the proposed safe injecting rooms, and also for the amount of
cannabis and amphetamines produced here (Herald, February 24).
On the other hand, when the CIA peddles heroin to fund its covert
dirty tricks campaigns in Third World countries, the board has nothing
to say.
