TIJUANA, Mexico, -Soldiers armed with submachine guns raided a youth
soccer game at halftime and tackled one of Mexico's most wanted men:
Jesus Labra, alleged to be a leader of the notorious Arellano Felix
drug organization. It appeared to be one of the most important
antinarcotics ar-rests in recent years in Mexico and one of the
biggest blows against the Arellano Felix gang.
