DRUG LORD SUSPECT'S LAWYER FOUND SLAIN
MEXICO CITY - A lawyer for a man accused of being a major drug
trafficker has been found slain, his hands and feet tied and a plastic
bag covering his head, the city attorney general's office said yesterday.
Gustavo Galvez Reyes, 32, had been trying to win the release of,'
Jesus Labra, a Tijuana businessman suspected by prosecutors of being a
leading figure in one of Mexico's top narcotics operations - the gang
led by the Arellano Felix brothers,' who are Labra's nephe W*s.
Galvez's body was found Wednesday in southern Mexico City. Officials
said they did not know of a motive for the slaying.
