DRUG POLICY HIGH ON PROHIBITION
So, Brian Watters has called for drug testing of drug policy makers. Surely
it is their (and his) intelligence in this field that needs scrutiny.
To me, drug policy seems to be high on prohibition, punishment, revenue
collection and political opportunism, but low on expert research and
constructive humane management, free from such hysterical public stunts.
