RAPISTS, MURDERERS, BURGLARS ARE ALMOST ALWAYS STONED

Sir-If you take a visit to the nearest court, you will find classic
examples of the detrimental effects of cannabis.

You will find that, almost without exception, the rapists, murderers, home
invaders, and burglars were stoned when they committed these crimes.

Sometimes they are stoned on more serious substances than marijuana, but
invariably it has been a dependency on cannabis that led these people to
stronger substances.

To compare cannabis to alcohol is folly. I have seen enough people legless
on alcohol to know that even if it gave them the Dutch courage to rape,
murder, or maim, they would be unable to carry out the crime.

Cannabis highs, however, affect the mind only, enabling the zombies to
commit crimes drunk people would be totally incapable of.

Police, if they were asked, would also confirm that most of the road deaths
which cannot be attributed to alcohol are cannabis-related.
