ILLEGAL MEDICINE.
Sir: I welcome the Government's intention to legalise cannabis for medicinal
use (report, 24 March).
My wife has multiple sclerosis and is awaiting trial at crown court for
possession of 8 grams of her medicine. Will the government please now
immediately put a stop to lengthy and costly cases that benefit no one? My
wife's only crime is to want to be well.
