MAN CHARGED WITH HEROIN POSESSION AFTER BEING FOUND UNCONSCIOUS AT GALLERIA
A 25-year-old man was found passed out in a bathroom at the Galleria
at Crystal Run on Saturday afternoon. He had apparently overdosed on
heroin, state police said.
[Name redacted] was found by mall security lying on his side with a
hypodermic needle in his right hand, state police said.
At the Horton campus of Regional Medical Center, nurses found a small
bag containing what [Name redacted] told state police was heroin.
[Name redacted] told state police he bought the heroin and needle
earlier from "an unknown dealer" at the Galleria.
After being treated at the hospital, [Name redacted] was taken to the
nearby state police barracks and charged with drug possession.
