YES MP'S SHOULD BE DRUG-TESTED

I AGREE with Arnold Jago and Salvation Army Major Brian Watters about the
need for drug testing of politicians and others involved in the shaping of
Australia's drug policies, (Letters, March 27).

It really is frightening to think that people who are under the influence
of some kind of drug could be determining the course of the drug-treatment
debate in this country. Now, what was that about religion being the opium
of the people?
