CANNABIS - THE TREE OF LIFE

Dear Editor,

As a Christian cannabis activist and cyclist, I enjoyed reading about
Ken Locke's ventures across America ("Glenville Resident Continues
Push For Medical Marijuana Legalization," Sept. 20). Not only has God
made cannabis (kaneh bosm/marijuana), but He told us so on literally
the very first page of the Bible; see Genesis 1:11-12 and 29-30.

Further, many people believe cannabis is the tree of life, and the
very last page of the Bible indicates the leaves of the tree of life
are for the healing of the nations; see Revelation 22.

Cannabis should be accepted as a blessing that heals - not sinfully
persecuted, prohibited and exterminated.
